Between Zealand and Møn, you bike on the beautiful Dronning Alexandrine's Bridge from 1943. Stavreby Harbour, which is the smallest active fishing harbor in Denmark, is known for its unconventional privy. The port town of Præstø is known for its beautiful location next to the fjord, and both the medieval church and the beach are worth a visit. On the Feddet peninsula, the nature is absolutely fantastic – go there if you have the time.

On Stevns Klint, traffic is only permitted on foot because the area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the cliff bears witness that an asteroid hit the earth 66 million years ago. There is a nice view over the cliff from Højerup Old Church. A completely different historical experience is Stevnsfort from the 1950s, which played an important role during the cold war.

In Ishøj, you’ll find one of Scandinavia's finest collections of contemporary art, and it lies next to Køge Bugt Strandpark with seven kilometers of lovely beach. After the motorway junction at Brøndby Strand, you can ride the next 24 km along national route 6 to Rådhuspladsen in Copenhagen.
